The three services we offer solve different problems, and picking the wrong one is the most common way shippers overpay — or miss a deadline they didn't need to.
Express: when the date can't move
Express is built for shipments where the delivery date is the whole point — a contract deadline, a same-week event, a replacement part holding up a production line. It routes through priority hub lanes and comes with our on-time delivery guarantee: miss the window and the shipping charge is refunded.
Ground: predictable and cost-effective
If you have a few days of flexibility, ground almost always wins on cost. Standard regional and cross-border lanes deliver in 3–5 business days with the same live tracking as express, just without the priority routing premium.
Freight: when it's pallets, not parcels
Once a shipment is palletized or moving in bulk, freight is the only sensible option — it comes with dedicated customs handling and hub consolidation built for volume, not single boxes.
Rule of thumb: pick the slowest service that still meets your real deadline. It's almost always the cheaper one.
